Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony of the meeting was presided over by Professor wangxin of Heilongjiang University. Zhu Mingqing, Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Association, Director of Intelligent Manufacturing Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences, Professor Tang Xiaomin, Dean of School of Mathematical Sciences of Heilongjiang University, Chairman of the Conference and Professor Shen Mouquan of Nanjing University of Technology delivered speeches respectively. They unanimously stressed that under the wave of global energy transformation and intelligence, the convening of this conference is of great significance for promoting interdisciplinary, technological innovation and service industry development.

Keynote Speech
After the opening ceremony, the meeting entered a wonderful keynote report session. Keynote reports were hosted by Professor He Shuping from Anhui University, Professor Feng Zhiguang from Harbin Engineering University, Associate Professor Jiang Yuchen from Harbin Institute of Technology, Associate Professor Zhang Guangchen from North University for Nationalities, Associate Professor Wang Haibin from harbin university of science and technology, Professor Wang Shigang from Heilongjiang University and Professor Yu Tingting from Heilongjiang University. Seven well-known experts and scholars have shared their latest research results and profound insights, which triggered heated discussions and in-depth thinking among the participants.

Oral Presentation
In the oral report session, three young scholars reported their innovative research work on specific issues such as road target detection in complex weather, aerodynamic parameter prediction of iced conductors, and multi-agent cooperative optimal control in non-ideal communication networks. In addition, a poster presentation session was set up during the conference, and many excellent research achievements from Tsinghua University, China Southern Power Grid and other units were displayed, which showed the active thinking and solid achievements of young scholars in research and promoted the collision of academic views and the germination of cooperation opportunities.
The success of this conference has effectively condensed the wisdom of academic circles and industries, and injected strong academic kinetic energy to meet future technological challenges and lead industrial upgrading. We look forward to meeting again in the next session, deepening cooperation and going hand in hand, actively promoting the sustainable development and breakthrough in the field of electrical automation and motor system, and constantly opening up broader development space and bright prospects.
